As my song by Benjamin Francis Leftwhich is a signed artist all of his songs are copyrighted and therefore i had to send a letter of permission to use the song for my music video.

With your permission, this track will be used i my curent A-level Media Studies project that involves creating a music video for a popular music track, as well an album and a music advert for the artist.
If i recieved your permission, this track would ONLY be used in an education context.
The artist and your company would ofcourse be fully recognised throughout pre-production and the final video itself. A copyright notice, with your wording supplied by you can be included in the records of the project. If this is required please send full detail.
